As the former Vice President of Philips Health Systems and CEO of Philips Capital India, he has led large-scale businesses across radiology, cardiology, oncology, critical care, and digital health.
Chhitiz began his career with Johnson & Johnson in cardiovascular devices and deepened his expertise in healthcare financing at GE Capital. Today, as the Founder of TDR Enterprise, he partners with global MedTech companies to simplify India market entry, navigate regulatory complexity, and build sustainable, high-performing local operations.
A trusted industry voice and policy influencer, Chhitiz has held leadership roles at FICCI and NATHEALTH. He is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta, IIT-ISM Dhanbad, and INSEAD, and a certified independent director by the Institute of Directors.

He was instrumental in the global launch of the Cypher drug-eluting stent and led the J&J Cordis franchise across the Asia Pacific region. Prabal’s leadership extends beyond the boardroom—he has actively contributed to industry policy and advocacy through associations like FICCI, NATHEALTH, AMCHAM, AdvaMed, and USIBC.
An engineer by training and a strategist by mindset, he holds degrees from Jadavpur University, IIM Lucknow, and IMD Switzerland.

Anuj brings hands-on expertise across the full operational value chain, from logistics and procurement to technology integration and digital transformation. An alumnus of IIT Varanasi and a certified Lean Six Sigma expert, he combines sharp strategic foresight with deep executional capability, making him a transformative force in scaling high-impact MedTech operations globally.

Currently the Founder of SKG Advisory, he advises organizations on leveraging technology for strategic growth and operational excellence. Previously, Sreeji served as the Global CIO at Lupin Pharma, where he led end-to-end digital and data transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, finance, and commercial functions.
He built the company’s analytics function from the ground up, delivering high-impact projects such as yield optimization and cost efficiency through advanced data systems. His leadership journey includes senior CIO roles at Reckitt and Philips, as well as earlier tenures with Procter & Gamble, ISRO, and ABB, spanning India, the UK, and The Netherlands.
